Sanigen’s Molecular Diagnostics Research Institute develops high-precision molecular diagnostic solutions that accurately screen for harmful microorganisms and viruses based on innovative PCR and NGS technologies. We are establishing a proprietary R&D pipeline across the entire diagnostic process, spanning from high-quality nucleic acid extraction technology to genomic big data analysis and point-of-care testing (POCT) systems.

Sanigen provides products for the nucleic acid extraction from bacteria or viruses. Especially, rapid DNA extraction kit allows
the user to extract the bacterial genomic
DNA within 15 min.

1-3. NGS-Based Molecular Diagnostics - GeNext™

Sanigen develops NGS panels for mass pathogen diagnosis, enabling users to precisely screen hundreds of samples for complex contamination in a single run.

1-4. PCR thermal cycler for the point-of-care testing (POCT)

Sanigen has developed the portable PCR thermal cycler for the POCT using real-time technology.
